Since 1967, COA has partnered with our Volusia County community to promote healthy, independent aging through caring and compassionate services.

Council on Aging of Volusia County is the only private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) business providing community services. COA offers Medicare Certified Home Health and Private Care Services.
