FAMILY ATTENDED SERVICE

A family attended burial at sea offers family and loved ones the option to view ash scattering services aboard our beautiful and accommodating 50’ sailing catamaran, Arabella. The vessel has indoor and outdoor seating and room to accommodate anywhere from 2 to 48 passengers.    She has a galley below deck for storing and preparing  food and coolers for holding beverages. There is also a stereo system with music selections and bluetooth capability.

With our family attended burial at sea service, the entire ship is reserved for your group only. Your family and friends will depart from our dock in Ponce Inlet and motor/sail approximately 3 miles offshore. The vessel glides through the water at about 10 miles per hour and should be at the proper location within 30 minutes. Once your vessel reaches the destination, the Captain will note the ship's coordinates and the scattering of the cremated remains can be performed.

After the burial at sea service is complete, Arabella will make its way back to Ponce Inlet and  can return to dock or stay out for an extended period, cruising the serene intracoastal waterways of New Smyrna Beach and Ponce Inlet. This is a great time to share memories and stories with family & friends while you take in the amazing east coast in all its glory.

A STANDARD BURIAL AT SEA LASTS APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 HOURS BUT CAN BE EXTENDED.
