Public Defender

The Public Defender provides legal representation to all persons accused of crimes who are unable to afford private counsel.  We represent the client through all stages of the legal process, from arraignment through trial and appeal.

provide the highest quality legal representation, safeguard the rights of the accused and ensure equal access to the protections provided by the United States Constitution and the laws of the State of Florida.
