Daytona Beach Police Department announced they are conducting a homicide investigation after a 19-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds was found in the area of Oak Tree Circle and Forest Glen Boulevard.
According to a release, officers responded to the area just before 2 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022, where they discovered the victim, who later succumbed to his injuries. His identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Investigators are working on the case to determine a motive and any suspects.
