Developer-initiated public meeting set for March 13 in Daytona Beach.

Cobb Cole, the representative for LPGA Venture Holdings, LLC, is inviting the public to a neighborhood information meeting on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 6 p.m. at Fairfield Inn One Daytona, at 1820 Checkered Flag Boulevard in Dayton Beach, in the meeting room.

The meeting will be about the approved rezoning of LPGA Venture Holding’s Property located along West International Speedway Boulevard near LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach. LPGA Venture Holdings intends to amend the approved Planned Development by adding additional property, revising the development criteria, and housing types.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting to provide comments and concerns about the project.
